Susan Chestnutt is a force to be reckoned with. Highly intelligent, savy, extremely well versed in her field, exudes confidence and frankly is intimidating - which is EXACTLY what you need when in court and FIGHTING for your child.  She doesn't hold back, she doesn't pull punches. She is at the top of her field and that was evident at our first appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Susan Chesnutt and her entire team. Special thanks to Kristen for being there for us through the whole process with Susan. When I say they truly care, it’s an understatement.  The entire team fought for me like family would. I started out with an attorney from a different law firm who didn’t do his job at all and left me in a bad spot . When I came to the Chesnutt law firm Susan had a big mess to deal with from my old attorney. Let me tell you, Susan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to family law she cleaned it up fast. My daughter was in a foster home with DCF, and the Chestnutt Law Firm worked  to help me reunite her back home to me.! I appreciate them so much and I’m thankful that she’s in my care because my kids are my best interest in my LIFE!!! I would highly recommend them and Susan, Michael and her staff went above and beyond. Our grandchildren are in the foster care in dcf. I have MS and am in a wheelchair. My husband is dependent on insulin. We are unable to take care of a 4 yr old and an autistic 8 yr old. We contacted Susan Chesnutt Law Firm and they helped us to get visitation rights so we could see them. Because of Chesnutt Law Firm we were able to see my grandson score his first goal in soccer, my granddaughter kindergarten graduation, their school plays and birthday parties. We also got to see them every week and talk to them on the phone every week. We are so grateful to Chesnutt Law Firm. Without them we would have missed all of this.
